“ If you want some comfort food for a good price this is probably the best place you can go to in the Twin Cities. For those of you that know what mild sauce is I'd suggest asking them to put it on instead of having it on the side. The little cups aren't enough. ”

“ Got the catfish & fried shrimp combo which comes with fries. Ate there because fried food is always best immediately & this was no exception. Fries and shrimp were crispy and delicious. Shrimp and catfish are both good-sized and you get plenty of both (2 big filets, 10 shrimp). Had to try the carrot cake - it was ok but not a stand-out. There is no atmosphere, but you don't come here for atmosphere, you come for hot, crispy food and JJ delivers. It was pleasant, quiet, and clean. The lady at the counter was being run off her feet and was still pleasant and helpful when I had some questions, so the customer service was excellent. ”
